In Europe: 10-12 business days, we send parcels via Lithuanian Post

Outside Europe: 15-25 business days, we send parcels via Lithuanian Post

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees. We are also not responsible for delayed shipments due to customs delays.

If you would like to return your purchased item, simply send us an email at info@mysunnyone.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or otherwise unaltered items with original tags attached. Please note that all final sale items with a -50% discount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
